How To Automatically Stay In Touch With Any & All Clients You Desire 24/7 - Without Your Time, Energy, or Focus

 

To explain how the process works, here is a story with 6 steps.

 

Step 1 of 6 – Your Time is Involved

Let’s say I just sold Bob Jones a house in a beautiful neighborhood yesterday. I would make sure to get Bob’s email address, and ask him if he minded a quick email from time to time to catch up and see how everything is going. Shocked and pleased that I would go to the effort to make sure Bob is happy, he says “Yes!”

 

Step 2 of 6 – Your Time is Involved

Now with Bob’s email address I go to a special web page and enter in:

  • Name: Bob
  • Special Custom Field – Location: Sun Valley Heights
  • Email: BobJones@Yahoo.com

Then I hit “Save & Submit”

 

Step 3 of 6 – Happens Automatically

Behind the scenes: Bob is added to an automatic email service that sends a pre-written message right away. Keep in mind that I wrote the message in 5 minutes one time, and the message is now used for all of my clients who buy homes.

Example Message Sent Right Away:

Dear Bob,

It was a real pleasure to meet and do business with you. I feel like a better person for having met you! In fact, it’s the honest and enjoyable people like yourself that keep me going in this business – I found your company to be very enjoyable, and hope that I returned the favor.

You should be moving in soon to Sun Valley Heights, and I can’t wait to hear how the property and area fits your personality.

End Example Message.

 

Now Bob is added to my list of buyers, and I will send him an email once every 30 days. I can set the emails to be sent as often as I like, but 30 days apart is a good length. The purpose of the emails is to let Bob know how important he is, and how much I like him. The best emails are 2-5 lines, with a Brian Buffini PS at the bottom reminding and asking them for referrals.

I might even space them out farther, every 60-90 days. To save time - I would write the sequence at 3 emails to last for 6 months, and then at the end of 6 months, I would write another 3 emails, and so on until I’ve got an email sequence for buyers just like Bob that lasts 2 to 5 years – so I can be sure he remembers me the next time he moves, or if any of his friends & family move!

 

Step 4 of 6 – Happens Automatically

Fast-forward 60 days. While you were sleeping your 3rd email is sent to Bob without your time, energy, or focus. You wake up in the morning, grab yourself a nice hot mocha latte and sit down at the computer to find an email from Bob. A pleasant surprise!

From: Bob Jones (Buyer)
Subject: RE: Just Checking In… (RE = reply to email you sent him first)

Hey Dane,

Thanks for the email – the house is incredible! I really appreciate you taking the time to make sure everything is ok.

Now your building a relationship and this is where it starts to get interesting…

 

Step 5 of 6 – Happens Automatically

Fast-forward 120 days. While you were sleeping your 4th email is sent to Bob without your time, energy, or focus. You wake up in the morning, grab yourself a nice hot mocha latte to wakeup and sit down at the computer to find another email from Bob – man he really likes you!

From: Bob Jones (Buyer)
Subject: RE: Knock Knock, Who’s There?

Hey Dane,

Hahaha, what a funny joke! Thanks for the email, that reminds me of something…

My friend Julie from work is looking for a new place, I told her about you.  She might be calling you in the next couple of weeks.

Now of course it’s up to you to reply here and ask for July’s contact information to be proactive about contacting her.  You could also ask her what her timeframe for purchasing is so you can prioritize correctly.

 

Step 6 of 6 – Happens Automatically

Fast-forward 2 years. While you were sleeping your 24th email is sent to Bob without your time, energy, or focus. You wake up in the morning ready to go after a latte from Starbucks and sit down at the computer to find another email from Bob – he’s ready to move again!

To: Dane (That’s You)
From: Bob Jones (Buyer)
Subject: RE: Time Really Flies! (RE = reply to email you sent him first)

Hey Dane,

Thanks for the email. I’m glad you stayed in touch all this time! I think I’d like to move again, can we meet sometime soon?

A List For Any Type Client

How many different lists can you make? Well each list will have a specific message that you write, and you can write any message you want. Here are some examples of lists that you can make and add emails to stay in touch with:

  • Buyers
  • Sellers
  • Other Real Estate Agents
