What are your thoughts on getting these short sales sold? I find it is a relief to the seller to get out of some of these properties and frustrating to the buyers waiting to get in. The time that it takes to work out the details with the bank holding the loan is often months and months. We are lucky if the buyer has the time to wait for a response. I find myself determined to get either my seller on to their next home or my buyer into their new home.

Well there is so much opportunity here but it wears you down after a while. The ducks often line up but no quacking is heard as the banks just don't like ducks for some reason. This April, I have heard that new legislation is coming to help streamline this. so dear Barbara, hang in there and let your buyers know that they have plenty of time to secure a home.
