Market Recap, June 2007 - Bothell Real Estate

SOLD!What happened with real estate in the Bothell, Washington micro-market last month? Here's a summary:

Resale/pre-owned single-family detached homes ("standard" houses): Fewer sold and for slightly less money than in May, though average days to sell dropped (improved) in June.

Resale/pre-owned condominiums: Sales up a lot; prices down a little. Some existing condo owners may be selling to upgrade to a detached home during the current buyer's market.

Newly-built (not pre-owned) single-family homes:  Sales of these homes are still far and away greater than last year, though June's numbers dipped slightly compared to May's. Median price dropped slightly.

Newly-built condominiums: New condo sales are also up over the same time last year, though June's median price dropped compared to May's.
