Nice Blog Janet.

I have a condo I am trying to sell. Unfortunately for me my family still lives in it.

It started out just me living here, then my husband came along, we did not need his 6 bedroom house on 12 acres with a POOL! Noooo.... We sold that and kept our little 2 BR condo...

Now we have 2 kids 1 full time nanny and 1 part time nanny to help her, both live out but they spend 12 hours a day in the condo. We have no room.

Anyone who visits our Zoo of a condo will run screaming!!  And our carpet.... our poor carpet....(sigh) Our 2 year old little girl and 1 year old little boy have no concept of clean!

Condos are hard enough to move in this market when you can almost steal a single family home.... We will have to move out first then re-carpet & re-list.
