The Meadows is located on Hemlock Road just off of Brushy Plain Road in Branford Connecticut and is conveniently located to 1-95 and Rt. 80. Close by is Veterans Memorial Park which offers a variety of recreational activities including tennis courts and athletic fields.
Hiking trails are also nearby within the Regional Water Authority land around Lake Saltonstall. Brushy Plain Road is also known as "Snake Hill" for its winding route between Branford and North Branford.
Just south of Brushy Plain Road is the historic Branford Town Center full of New England charm, fine dining and boutiques that line the Branford Town Green. Commuters have access to stress free and relaxing travel via the Shoreline East Train. The Branford town beach at Branford Point is also just minutes away with beautiful views of the Branford Harbor and Long Island Sound.

Some of the features you will find in both the ranches and townhouses include an attached or detached garage, central air, fireplace, finished lower level, patio, deck and first floor laundry area. HOA fees are approximately $311 per month.
The grounds surrounding The Meadows are nicely landscaped and maintained and amenities include an inground pool and clubhouse.
