Lakeside Woodlands is a family oriented community of 330 single family homes in Hudson Florida 34667. The community is located off of Fivay Road and is just a short distance to HCA Regional Medical Center, Hudson Beach, Hudson Library, and is just 40 minutes from Tampa International Air Port, via the Suncoast Parkway 589 Toll Road.
Lakeside Woodlands, which is a sister community to East Lake Woodlands in Oldsmar was established in 1979 when the Marsh family developed the community.
Lakeside Woodlands is not your regular cookie cutter type community, were every home looks the same. The majority of the homes in the community were custom built by quality home builders like Wysocki, Fleetwood, Patterson, Gulf Stream, Alan, and Accent.
