Is it worth spending money on a website if your a real estate agent? The 2 top agents in my town both don't have their own websites.

I believe a website is definitely beneficial to a real estate agent. But you don't have to spend a wad of money to have one.

Food for thought!! I think it all depends on WHO the person is? If they already have a solid client base...they probably do not need one. BUT if they are seekking out new listings...most people want to check a listing/buyer agent out online first...to verify their street creed!
