hi ted... is this associated with the reverse mortgage program?

Yes Tamara, the reverse mortgage has gone from 4 basic programs only a year ago to over 17 different versions today and counting. Some of the latest developents include versions with lower margins, fixed inerest rate versions, and the ability for reverse mortgages to be used on second homes.
