CSU-mortgage lenders’ housing survey sees a ‘stable’ year - Colorado’s housing market is expected to stay “relatively stable” in 2010, according to results of a Colorado State University survey released Friday.  Sixty-seven percent of respondents to the CSU survey about how the housing market will fare this year said they believe it will improve or stay the same as 2009.  “This is promising, but lenders remain concerned about how federal regulations, local job growth and regional economic development might affect housing,” Steve Laposa, Everitt center director, said in a statement.
