Now why doesn't that surprise me about the "Ouija Board" in this market. Have you heard the DRE discussion and ruling for agents failing to supply the correct market value? Stunning. But my old forecast globe still works fine. The white lettering  is a bit purple looking but eventually that little message thingy stops bobbing around and comes into the cloudy window on the underside of the globe. The seller's pick a price, and I turn over the globe and see what it says. When the Sellers and globe agree, that's the number, LMAO ! 

How about this one. Ask the neighbors, they know what the place is worth or at least did prior to the husband just wrecking the Kitchen with his home made cabinets,LOL.
