…I think he’s suffering from something else!

Jay stopped by at insane o’clock this morning, as he frequently does when he wants to post to Active Rain.

This time, he informed me he was too sick due to “his allergies” to post, and gave me the keys to this blog.

“Allergies” indeed! I think that old curmudgeon has one sip too many of his Summit “Great Northern Porter” (Summit Brewing, St. Paul, MN—support your local business) and had a case of the “Brew Flu” (if you know what I mean).

Okay, so the 2nd & 3rd paragraphs are a complete fabrication (and boy am I gonna pay for that later today)! Jay stayed up until midnight drawing & combining the graphics for the accidentally-deleted “Fiction” page of our blog, and this morning he was simply too tired to post, and asked me to pinch hit

Jay had been concerned with the perspective of his earlier drawing of the east side of the village of "Danger Bay." For reference, here is that first graphic:

So, now renamed “Danger Bay Graphics,” you may find it here. The link will take you to yet another "link-post," Jay told me to do it!

I have a question unrelated to allergies:  Is this group still active?

Codgers & Friends Conversations  or will you start a Danger Bay group?

(Feel better from your "allergies") My last husband had allergies...he was allergic to alcohol.  I became allergic to him. LOL!

Danger Bay looks all closed up.  I'm surprised there isn't some sort of "all nighter" for folks headed to the lake.  Where are folks going to get coffee to start the day??

I love the Danger Bay scenes.  But, the little town looks all closed down.

Peep: I've not been there for some time, and no, there'll be no Danger Bay group.

Lenn: Yellow windows means interior light are on in that part of the building. Using the "lens flare" option even at its lowest setting is too bright.

Neal: It's amazing what a little extra sleep can do.

Boomer: We will talk when you come home from work-"Brew Flu" indeed!

Brew Flu is more colorful than, being up all night drawing graphics, so brew flu gets my vote.  But I see that Jay is back and apparently over what ever flu he had :)

Chris: Fouled Up Beyond All Recognition (or more often, Repair). FUBAR began as a military acronym, with the word "Fouled" a substitute for a more genteel audience.

George: "Brew Flu" does have a ring to it. It could also be used to describe coffee jitters.
