As I sit on my porch on this beautiful day looking out over the neighborhood (my house is on a hill), I am reminded of the real reasons people buy homes. Its not for tax credits, interest rates or even reduced prices. Its pride of ownership that drives us all.
On a early Spring day as things begin to bloom, people are out getting their yards ready, planting flowers and just generally enjoying life after the long hard winter. That is when you are really reminded that there is no better feeling in the world then owning your own little piece of the planet.
