Hi Melinda, We are about 110 miles North of Castlerock- that's a guess because my sister-in-law lives in Parker and she is 98 miles from us. It will take about 2 to 3 poles for REA to bring electricity into this lot, telephone is not too far.  Wells can be anywhere from 200 to 700 feet, it just depends.  There is a home not far from this lot whose well is 400 feet deep.

Hi Bruce, It does look like a giant snowflake doesn't it?  There is a foothill view from this lot, but I didn't climb to get the shot yesterday, it's not the big snow capped view that you like so well.  I'll have to go back and get more photos soon and I will be watching my caller I.D. for you next April 1st!
