I am always looking to build real estate links to my website.  I own mobilehomesforsale.com.  As well as many other real estate websites....  message me and we will work something out thats a win - win for both of us

I suggest you consider limiting the search area to closer resemble the area you service.  I think that the benefits of letting people search in remote areas on your site are outweighed by the frustration of contacts who recognize you can't support them 200 miles away.

IDXBroker dashboard allows you to remove towns that you don't service.  I have deleted some from my site, and have more to delete.

Also, I suggest your "Company Blog" should have its own tab, right on top with the other tabs, instead of being buried in "About Us."

I like that your site is simple, without flash intro, and other mess.  It pops onto my page, and navigates quickly.  Fast loading sites will get more traffic, I think.

Holy smokes...what a guaranty!  How often have you had a listing go over 60 days and had to forego commission?   If you do not have a written and acceptable offer in your hand within 60 days of the beginning of the listing period, then we will continue to keep your home listed on the market until it is sold, for free.

Comment:  On the ABOUT US page it's obvious that the header photo is stock.  You should have photos and/or links to your agents.  I always want to LOOK AT and learn about the people I may be doing business with.

Speaking of stock photos - I assume that all the headers are stock photos.  I would want to see real photos from your market area.

Great job with the hyperlocal blog content...but, how about information about your market area - things to do, places to go, photos, etc.?

Good luck!

Ditto Jan above - it looks good, but is a bit generic.  I think your customers would like to know more about you and the other professionals working at the office.
