Pricing for California Wholesale Interest Rates dropped back again today so the wholesale rate is just above 5.0%. 

 

This was for the 30 Yr. Fixed for a Conforming Loan for April 2.

 

The table below is the result of my daily Loansifter search to find the best wholesale interest rates for a typical scenario from my company approved lenders in California. 

 

Note that pricing can change at anytime throughout the day, and your pricing may be different based upon your particular scenario.

 

This morning, April 2, 5.0% is closest to the wholesale interest rate with a price of 99.875.  The price at 5.125% is 100.375.

 

In addition to a thorough financial planning analysis, I share these wholesale interest rates and prices with my clients upon request to help them make an informed decision of whether or not to refinance, and of course when to lock the rate. 

 

This is what I mean by Transparent Lending, i.e., my clients "see what I see."

Dawn - very hard to say - rates have already gone up from 4.75 to 5.0, although experts will say that other factors contributed.  Many are saying it has already been less than expected.
