This active community is located in North Scottsdale and sits at the base of the McDowell Mountains. With 3,200 acres McDowell Mountain Ranch is an award winning community with great community centers for the residents to enjoy with family and friends.

At the heart of the community is a five-acre park and community center that has a pool, spa, basketball and tennis courts, sand volleyball court and children's shaded play equipment with a splash fountain. This McDowell Mountain Ranch community center is usually buzzing with activity from both children and adults.

Another of the community centers, sitting just below the gated community of Cimmarron Hills in McDowell Mountain Ranch offers the residents another set of tennis and basketball courts, pool and spa as well as picnic area with even more play equipment for the kids. With a community as large as McDowell Mountain Ranch it is great to have access to multiple community centers so you can use the one that is most convenient to your home.

Through the maned gated community of Cimmarron Hills in McDowell Mountain Ranch sitting at one of the highest points is yet another community center. With a grass area for playing and covered areas for a picnic this is a great place to take the family for the day.  The pool at this facility overlooks the city of Phoenix with views that are amazing. The lighted tennis courts give those serious tennis buffs the ability to play almost anytime.
