Children in the neighborhood attend: Coral Cliffs Elementary, Snow Canyon Middle School and Snow Canyon High School. Trail-heads, walking paths, hiking, biking and golfing mere minutes away! Firehouse City Park is located just a block over and includes swings, slides, picnic facility and dog park. 

HOA Dues of $67 per month pays for outdoor pool, yard and all common area maintenance. The CCRs in this community are strictly enforced in order to maintain a set standard of quiet enjoyment and resident satisfaction.
