If you are selling -- show that home office!

No kidding, that home office room is HOT, HOT, HOT!  It's become a must have.  Let the buyers know straight from the curb appeal that your home for sale boasts a home office!

Okay -- let me back up.  Don't display the home office outdoors.  It just doesn't work  . . .

The point is that the new "curb appeal" is NOT your DRIVE BY's --  It is now your Internet photos of your home listing!  Today's buyers view the Internet photos WAY BEFORE checking out your drive by "curb appeal"

I think that most homes nowdays have some type of home office - no matter how large or small. Great point.

Karen ~ I usually recommend staging a home office too because buyers view this as added value (especially if the home has 4 or more bedrooms).  Love how yours are presented ... very well done!

Home office is extremely important - even if it's just a little nook.  I don't like to see home offices in bedrooms - personal preference, I like to space with a purpose.

hey there Sharon.  I think MLS should be the first peak that gets the buyer in the door.

JACKIE, my dear!!!!  How awesome you stopped by!  yeah I don't like the bedroom office combo either -- In my house I have an office - excersise combo.  Okay for living; but not good for selling!

And Susan - always a pleasure to hear from you as well!  I can see the two office need easily!

You nailed it Karen.  People would rather cram two kids into one bedroom than forgo their home office.  Since I just sold all of my staging home office furniture I'm on the hunt for new...any ideas?
