Are you are facing CLOSED DOORS?  You may have tried:

  • Speaking: "OPEN SESAME!!!"
  • Kicking the door open!
  • Knocking on the door!
  • Praying that the Door would open....
  • Going around the door!
  • Going under the door!
  • Going over the door!
  • Using keys to the door!
  • Going THROUGH the door! OUCH!!
  • Looking for an opening in the door!
  • Laying hands on the door!
  • Leaning against the door!
  • Blowing open the door!

ALL of this.... to NO AVAIL!  You figured, well, "it worked before!" It certainly should happen again!  You've gone by the book, did all the right things from A to Z, have said all the right things, and were in great expectations!  The door still failed to open!

So now you are discouraged, disgusted, fearful, angry, fed up, worried, tired, disappointed, and you name it.  Now you've begun looking down to the ground.  You have lost hope.

Listen, you have the wrong understanding.  GOD's ways are higher than ours, so we are always looking too low!  JESUS, being the ANSWER, says:  I AM THE DOOR!!   HIS DOOR is never closed - it stays open!  Enter in!!

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." Jer 29:11

Diane- You're absolutely correct his door is always open.

Now that begs the question; why doesn't everyone just walk right in?

To walk across that threshold is easy you've got to believe and have faith, trust!

As Romans 10: 8-11 reminds us;

Salvation that comes from trusting Christ-which is the message we preach-is already within easy reach. In fact, the Scriptures say, "The message is close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart."[fn4]

For if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.

As the Scriptures tell us, "Anyone who believes in him will not be disappointed.

Thanks for you posts, they give me another opportunity to go back and contemplate on his WORD!

Diane the only limitation to walking through his door is on our part, not on his.  His door is open to all but unfortunately only a few will choose to enter.

George:  Yes, however, the ones you choose NOT to walk into the DOOR, will run to it when they get to the "end of themselves" - finding NO WAY OUT!  This is the way i came..... i was at the end of my rope and nothing else worked!  Thank GOD for those that prayed for me!

DIANNE:  It does my heart good to hear of someone getting encouraged from GOD's Rhema!  You mean SO MUCH TO GOD!!!  So much so, that HE'd send YOU a message designed specifically for YOU!!  GLORY!

Dianne,  The doors were all CLOSED DOORS for me.  It was when i accepted them, and praised GOD for them that HE sent me a confirmation ..... and ACCEPTED HIS ROSE!

My prayer for you, is that you will rest in your designated seasons, and after getting refreshed in them,  KEEP MOVING to further victories!
