Townhome living can be very gracious, particularly when you have as nice a home as offered in Club Terrace. Built on a Terrace adjacent to the Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel these units have a lovely view.
The Club Terrace at Lone Tree complex is well kept. The monthly HOA dues are paid on a scale depending upon the size of the unit. They range in price from $240-$275. Some units are only one level, while others are 3 levels including a walk-out basement.
At the present time, there are two units on the market,
9304 Miles Dr. $189,900 2/2/2 1,266 sq. ft
9306 Meredith Ct $238,900 2.3.2 1,700 sq. ft.
In the past 12 month 4 units have sold and closed:
9364 Meredith Ct listed at $180,000 sold for $174,500 2/2/3
9364 Bauer Ct listed at $225,000 sold for $212,000 2/2/2
9356 Bauer Ct listed at $31,000 sold for $305,000 2/3/3
9308 Miles Dr listed at $325,000 sold for $320,000 3/3/2
The view from Club Terrace is nice any time of year. The golf course has a nice deep blue pond which always adds interest to the view and the golf's shoots!
The next block down is the Lone Tree Civic Center, where many town and club meetings are held. Further down the block is the newly constructed Cook Creek Community Pool and the Douglas County Library.
Living in Lone Tree offers convenient transportation. The I-25 is minutes away as is the RTD Light Rail at Lincoln Station. Commutes to work or an evening in Downtown Denver are very easy.
Douglas County is ranked as the 8th on the wealth scale according to Forbes. Residents have an average median income of $97,480. Lone Tree in the 80124 is second in the Denver-area wealthiest zip code. According to 80124 the median income is $174,845.
If you enjoy using Google Street View, you can "drive" through the neighborhood at Club Terrace and get a feel for the surroundings. The Google camera guys took their photos in the summer when everything is nice and green. My photos were taken in March, when the grass and trees are just beginning to green. At least this way you can see two different seasons of color!
