Ok- This is for all those lenders out there- since this is your area of expertise, where do you feel interest rates will go? Short term and long term? I keep hearing that rates will go up to the 6% range by end of summer? Rumor or true? I am curious since the FHA rules will change, funding fees, and no more Tax Credit- will this be another disaster to set the market back once again?
