Have you been to see Montclair at Ridgewalk in Woodstock, GA? It is small gated community off Rope Mill Rd just North of Towne Lake Parkway on the East side of I-575. This a terrific active adult community with 2 and 3 
bedroom ranch condos. The homes are not attached and all have courtyard patios. There is lots of green space within the community. While driving through the community recently at 4pm there were numerous homeowners out walking and visiting... everyone waved and smiled. Just the kind of place you want to live.
The neighborhood and homes for designed for 55+ Senior Living with lever door handles, wide halls, and step less entries. The homes have Great Rooms, Dining Areas and open Kitchens. Everything is tastefully done. You can create an outdoor room on the courtyard patio if you choose. Homes will vary in size with some having two car garages and some single car garages.
The neighborhood is conveniently located just North of Downtown Woodstock. Nearby shopping and
community buildings such as the library make it very convenient. Several parks are also nearby. You can always find plenty to do if you are an active adult. The community has a clubhouse for your enjoyment. Also Woodstock, GA citizens 62 years of age and over are exempt from paying school taxes. If you are looking for a smaller one level home for sale, Montclair is a neighborhood you should check out.
