Here is what it looked like for Milton in the 1st Quarter of 2007.

Number of SF Homes Sold = 55
Difference from Qtr. 1 2006 was 41%.
1st Qrtr. 2007 Median Price = $436.200
Difference from Q1 - 2006 was -2.0%
Average Days on  Market = 134
