OPEN HOUSE ACTIVITY in Ocean City, New Jersey

We had six "open house" sale listings today in Ocean City, New Jersey ... 3 in the Northend, that section from 6th Street north of North Street ... the south side of North Street to be exact.  We also had 3 in the Gardens, that section from North Street (north side) to the end of the island and the Longport Bridge.

Maybe not quite as nice a day as we expected, but it has certainly been warmed than the past weekend and earlier spring.  So as Easter approaches, it would appear that we will have more open houses, better weather, and best of all - probably more contract offers, which often translate into sales - ultimately closings.

The "Spring Buying Period" on our tiny barrier island of Ocean City (NJ) is our most active buying period of the year.  It generally starts in February, but only if we have no snow.  So we had a late start this year ... but it often continues into mid-June when the rental season gets actively started.

One can certainly sense the "air of excitement" as buyers arrive in town.  In the next two months we will have a great deal of buyer activity.  So for those who read my postings ... now is the time to be coming down to the Jersey Shore in search of sale properties.

Your best bet is to contact me via email ... Dustin@BeachNotes.net or phone ... 888-215-9935 so that I have a complete understanding of the type of property you might be interested in, your particular price range, and other special comments or interests that we should consider.  I would then follow-up with you by email or letter giving you complete information so that we could have an "orientation process" whereby you could get in to a certain number of sale properties on your first visit to Ocean City, New Jersey.  That is often the best way to get started.                                      dap
