New Short Sale Rules go into effect April 5th, 2010

I just ran across a pretty good video produced by NAR that mentions some of the changes that will be occurring. It sounds pretty good and should definitely help.

This would be great news if it actually does happen-we will have to wait and see so far there has not been much encouragement as far as short sales go.
