Clearwater Florida Real Estate - Today was a great day in Real Estate for me. Leah Ross, my Tampa Bay Mortgage Expert and I had the pleasure of helping a special Clearwater home buyer purchase their new home.

wow Cyndee, when I buy my Clearwater home will I get balloons? (You never know, I might get cold one day!) A great idea, especially when they are first time homebuyers, but anytime would be fun, even for a vacation home.

Cyndee - This is a terrific testimonial!! LOVE THE VIDEO...love the photos of you and Leah with your "HAPPY NEW HOMEOWNER!" She'll certainly be your client for life...WHO ELSE is going to spoil her like you and Leah did!??!

Okay...I'm the little "fun detective" and realized as this was posting that it's not even spelled correctly! YOUR is should be YOU'RE or YOU ARE!! Well, you got the message anyhow, but I had to send my disclosure on spellings!

Cyndee, Great video..I noticed something that I feel is very important.. I saw Leah Ross..it looked like at the closing and at the house. That to me shows what a true mortgage professional does.. Not just say e-mail if you have a question.. Great post to also Cyndee.. a true "5"

Awesome my friend...It is obvious to see why you are so successful and so loved. Real estate has never been about the commissions to me. I LOVE this idea - what a great way to celebrate a big event in your client's life. I loved in the video where you gave her something with butterflies on it because she had mentioned it before to you. It shows how closely you were listening to your client.
