Masterson, Great Value and
Close to Work!

too good to be true but this is just one of many reasons you should be
seriously checking out the Masterson subdivision in Lexington
Kentucky. Yes, there are currently 102 homes listed for sale
in Masterson which is located just east of Lexington off of Leestown
Road. These 102 homes average 1,958 square feet and their
average price is $171, 887. That is less than $88.00 a square
foot. Now Most of these homes are less than 10 years old and
many are only 3 to 5 years of age.
Masterson is a well planned
community. The homes have generally small lots but most are
within walking distance of one of the finest parks in Lexington.
Masterson Station Park is by far the largest park in all of
Fayette County. It has numerous sports fields that are used
for youth recreation programs. The rolling green hills are
bisected with hundreds of miles of trails and only a couple of roads.
This park is so large that it is able to host The
Bluegrass Classic Stockdog Trials
in May with hundreds of dogs and spectators. This is the
50th year for this event. You may be thinking why would I
want to live near that crowded event. Believe me, it is not
crowded! In fact the park is so large that when my wife Kathy
and I went the first time to the Sheep Dog Trials we had a difficult
time finding the event.
Buy a Masterson subdivision home and live close to work.
There is a large Amazon.com distribution facility just a
couple of miles east, very near New Circle Road. Travel only
three miles to get access to the major interstates going east and west
out of Lexington. There is also a hub for UPS shipping within
walking distance of most Masterson subdivision homes. Drive
only four miles to Lexmark, another of Lexington's larger
employers.
Oh, by the way. If you are a Verteran you will really
appreciate the out patient facility just a couple of miles rom
your new home in Masterson. Great doctors and nurses and just
