Staging In Living Color

By
Home Stager with CL Design Services Home Staging

We've been living happily ever after in the neutral phase for quite some time and accessorizing with color-it is just so fun!

Recently C.L. Design Services Home Staging is seeing bolder color on the walls of new construction projects. We love staging with color on the walls like these on the condominiums we completed.

Light passes through LimeIce and creates a glowing feeling.

AquaSphere gives a Zen feeling to the bedroom.

Gray is the new brown for a cutting edge look.

Orange is always popular and energetic.

According to Better Homes and Garden turquoise mosaic tiles are selling like hotcakes!! Dupont Corian has a new Illumination Series in colors of mint green and lime and Silestone Life Series features Orange Cool and Magenta Energy.

Have a colorful week!! Cathy Lee

I agree with those color choices.  Great pics and staging too, by the way.

I think those colors worked well. And I think that you had a hand in helping to bring those colors to life with your staging!

When used with the right selection of furnishings and accessories there is no reason to be afraid of bold colors.  You did a super job as usual!

Cathy - These colours are great - I actually love colour, so bring it on!  I think it was wise to just paint one feature wall per room in these shades, though.  Of course, I agree with Kathy, your beautiful staging compliments these colours.  Great job.

Cathy: green is my absolute favorite color and these rooms are just gorgeous. The oranges look awesome too. It's funny you mentioned turquoise tiles - I've been seeing them around a lot lately too. I think color used judiciously can look lovely against the "safer" neutrals. Once again, I love your work!

Cathy- those colors add warmth to the room.  I love the colors that are out now, and the right color can act as a neutral in that it doesn't detract from the room.

Looks wonderful, I love it when there is some color, vanilla walls just don't do a home justice.

Cathy Lee,

Your pictures are awesome. Working with color is so much fun and you made it all come together beautifully! I also get sick of "builder's beige". Color makes things warmer and buyers love that. You did it so tastefully!

Cathy,

Beautiful color and your Staging really made the rooms come alive...just the right color was used in each room!!!  I'm with you...color really does touch our emotions!  Are those colors from Benjamin Moore?
