Carriage Club in Lone Tree is a very nice neighborhood the borders the Lone Tree Golf Course to the west. Situated on a hillside, the neighborhood enjoys wonderful views of the Rocky Mountains to the west.
The neighborhood consists of approximately 430 homes, mostly upscale two-story and a some single level homes. Due to the landscape, many homes offer walk-out basements. Twenty-three acres of open space is wides throughout the neighborhood offering elbow room and is home to several parks.

Carriage Club is located south of Lincoln Ave. approximately 1.5 miles west from the I-25 Lincoln Exit. Commuters to DTC, Downtown Denver and other northern destinations will be happy to know Lincoln Station RTD Lightrail is only 5-7 minutes away.

The City of Lone Tree is a wonderful place to live. In addition to the excellent location, Lone Tree offers a country club life-style for those who prefer to spend time playing golf, tennis and working out. The Lone Tree recreation center is a full-service club for members of all ages.

Currently under construction is the Lone Tree Arts Center, a 500 seat complex that will offer cultural events to the area.
