Time to highlight another great neighborhood in Fishers!
Located at 126th and Brooks School is The Bristols built by Arbor Homes. It is a community of 522 homes that range in price for the mid $120,000 to up over $200,000. These homes were primarily built from 2004 through 2006. 
The have an active HOA.
The neighborhood has football team named streets such as Titans, Broncos, and Redskins although I do not remember there being a Colts! It has a pool, playground, walking trails around seven beautiful ponds. They keep their residents up to date on the Homeowner's Website.
There were 35 homes that sold in 2009 in The Bristols, with 9 of them being distressed properties (bank owned, foreclosure, etc) which is a fairly high percentage. The average price per sq ft of the homes sold (without distressed) was $75/sq ft for a two story and $95/sq ft for the ranch models.
The days on market are excellent for the homes for sale in Fishers in The Bristols at about 71 days.
There are currently 14 homes for sale giving this neighborhood an absorption rate of just under five months which is considered a "balanced market". I have a great ranch in this neighborhood for sale at about $150,000 at 12282 Titans.
