I do not want to hurt your feelings but those pictures are nice ..it's the content.  As a professional stager, you do not want pictures of clutter and dirty clothes.  And I think there was a sofa in front of a fire place?!?!  Seriously, I am just trying to help.  You should have that owner do some major cleaning and have them store away most of the junk and then take new pictures.  I know there are stagers in your area, call one up and I bet they could help them. 

Even at a great price, it will stay on the market way longer than you want and most likely with really low offers.  People need to see the characteristics of the house, not the clutter.  Hope that helps.  Good luck

Hi Cindy... yup, you're right... the place should be de-cluttered.... however, this home is a pre-foreclosure and the owner was not ready a well presented home when we signed the contract. She did not have the luxury of time to wait either as we needed to move as fast as possible to get this on track as pre-foreclosures can take a long time to sort out.

The home sold in less than two weeks... well, let me correct that... we have an accepted offer on it within less than two weeks, now we just have to see what the bank has to say!!
