I've been happily released from my 'boot' for my broken foot and as the Realtor Woman in North Kingstown, RI in the sparkly red shoes ( yes, Dorothy of Oz type shoes but it's Ginny of Oz for me now) i've been like a tornado around South County RI. It's true freedom again and again as I move through every day being grateful for the friends and support that allow me to do my Realtor job well and successfully. Getting right down to being able to walk through rain soaked backyards & water logged basements in the Southern RI towns of North Kingstown, Jamestown & Narragansett, RI is less of an issue as it is farther north in RI- but it's still wet here. Oh, yes, I do wear rubber boots when I head to some of the houses this past Saturday in North Kingstown (www.northkingstown.org for more info) with the wetness everywhere- but the sun has arrived for now and Ginny of Oz is on the move.
Red has been my color and adapting this color and the Ginny of Oz theme into my marketing program has been working well for me- it's the 'hook' that people remember. It works for me! Ultimately, it's the customer service, knowledge and great past customer support and recommendations that get me through that potential new client's door.
On a listing presentation this weekend the owner became very reminiscient of the 'Oz' shoes and the movie as she noticed my shoes. We were able to connect well on a subject she wanted to discuss which lead into a listing as the house goes through probate.
In fact the house does come from the era of the sparkly red shoes of Oz too. Look forward to the opportunity to help another client sell their home and move forward with their life.... the Ginny of Oz
