Rob Roy on the Creek EntranceRob Roy on the Creek Neighborhood is located south west of the original Rob Roy Neighborhood in Austin, Texas and across Bee Cave Road from Rob Roy on the Lake. Rob Roy on the Creek's boundaries are; Barton Creek Blvd. to the east, Bee Cave Road to the north, Riverhills Road to the west and the winding Barton Creek to the South. Developed a short time after original Rob Roy in the early 1980's and continuing today. There are only a few lots left in the area and most homes purchased these days are updated or remodeled in some manner. Many homes have hill country views throughout the area. Home sales in in the area have ranged from the high $400,000's to over $3,000,000.

Homes and lots in the area are similar to original Rob Roy but like Rob Roy on the Lake are spread out over more acreage and the area offers large estate-sized lots and building amenities to fit the most discriminating tastes of the luxury buyer. The neighborhood has three access points. An entrance to Furlong Lane off Barton Creek Blvd., an two entrances on Bee Cave Road at Newhall Lane and Beardsley Lane.Because the Rob Roy neighborhoods were developed over time, homes in the area come in a wide variety of custom designs and architectural elements. Traditional, Contemporary, Mediterranean and Classic styles reflecting different tastes and lifestyles. Utilizing diverse building materials from stone to brick to stucco and incorporating lavish elements including upscale finish outs, Gourmet Kitchens, Multi-Car Garages, Home Theaters, Pools/Waterfalls Spas, Outdoor Kitchens, private offices, wine cellars and just about any amenity you could imagine.

Russell, another excellent Localism post for the Rob Roy neighborhoods and I like the inclusion of the school links. So many agents have no idea what schools students attend in the different parts of Enaes. Your continuous volunteer work in the school system places you head and shoulders above many other agents in Eanes and your clients are fortunate to have your expertise!
