Maureen good luck it seems that we are having to sell homes twice more often now. I had one a month ago where the buyers showed up for final walk thru 3 hours before closeing and the loan was pulled just before close.

Looks like a nice house....to bad the buyers missed out on a good deal.

Thanks for the comments guys. I feel sorry for the buyers Neal. I want to "string up" their out of town loan officer. This was the second house these buyers paid for an inspection on, They had a pre-approval letter for over $200K.

My sellers jumped through hoops for the buyers after the inspection.

It is a great house!
