Home sales activity in Breamoor Heights, a neighborhood in the Summerlin master plan in Las Vegas, NV stayed postive in the second quarter of 2007. Two homes closed in the 2nd quarter, compared to five in the first three months.

While two sales may seem low, pirces seem to have stabilized. With existing resale inventory remaining at 5 homes, the balanced market still gives buyers a few choices in this gated community. Homes in Breamoor Heights have lot sizes from 8,961 square feet up to 1/4 acre and more.
