Home sales activity in Concordia at Deer Springs, a neighborhood in northwest Las Vegas, NV showed mixed results in the second quarter of 2007. On the positive side, six homes closed in the 2nd quarter, compared to four in the 1st quarter.

On the negative side, existing resale inventory increased from 12 to 17 homes (plus 1 with an accepted offer) which strongly favors buyers. In order to get homes sold, sellers will need to price aggressively, give the home maximum marketing exposure, and keep their homes in top showing condition. Homes in Concordia at Deer Springs have convenient access to the I-215 Beltway and are close to Red Rock and Mount Charleston for plenty of outdoor recreation fun.

Here are the details of the second quarter sales:

John, are you marketing your market reports to these areas? They are awesome -to the point and anyone living there would love to keep up on this!

Christina - Glad I can help! Thanks for the compliment.

Mariana - Not yet. I need to figure out a cost (and time) effective way to get these out, plus I'll need to fill in the gaps with additional touches. Should have something in place in a few months. I may borrow your neighborhood blog idea. Living in Greenhaven is a great resource!

Market report time!  dood numbers for the second quarter, we've been seeing increase in inventory as well.  It goes up and down - but the important factor is more sales.  Our DOM's are much longer than yours though.
