Thanks Ray!  I love making these video tours.  I started out by lurking and learning here in ActiveRain, then I WATCHED numerous videos from agents across the country and noted what I like and disliked if I were a buyer.  My videographer is great!!! He's a true professional.  I'm sure to highlight all of the best features of the home.  We get a lot of relocation buyers here to Northern Virginia and the videos help people 'see' the house before they get here.  I had a recent listing where the husband who is deployed found the house and saw the video and called the wife and said, "Go BUY THIS HOUSE!"  They had it on the top of their list, and it won!
