• The median price of homes sold was lower at $145,799 in March vs. $146,000 in Feb.
• The median price of homes for sale was also lower at $160,995 in March vs. $162,950 in Feb.
• The number of homes sold was up a little to 30 in March from 25 in Feb.
• The number of homes for sale was higher at 324 in March compared to 280 in Feb.
• There currently are 5.6 months of inventory for sale.

The current tax credit runs out on April 30th.
