My website lead...

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty

I think after all the work I've done on my website it's getting more hits...... This is the one I've received today.

It's kind of small print, but it says that some individual by the name of Betty Pierce is wanting my expert advice to invest her client's funds in the amount of $24 Million. Either she thinks that I am so naive or she never even went to Real Estate school to figure out that her message sounds so stupid.

So upsetting but I am getting a lot of those kind of messages, but as a lead from my website - the first time.

Do you guys get a valid leads from your websites, or these ones too?

Hey Natalia!  Don't even worry about it.  I get those all the time.  Keep working hard on your website, and remember for every few bad ones a good one will arise.  It's all a numbers game!

Hi Natalia,

I believe we all hate spammers :D

Rule #1: Spammers lie.
Rule #2: If a spammer seems to be telling the truth, see Rule #1. :)

It will help cut down on spam if you remove the clickable email links and replace them with an online contact form.  This will help prevent spammers from sending you auto-generated messages like the one you noted.

Also there are a few code errors that you may want to have your web people look over.

 Aloha!
