The sold prices demonstrate the strongest market activity remains in the $690,000 - $775,000 price ranges.

There are 129 Active listings of detached homes for sale in Walnut Creek, of which 15 are short sales and 12 are bank-owned.

The highest list price is $2,950,000
The average list price is $903,416 with the median list price at $749,900 (this is the mid-point of the market at which half of the listings are higher than this and half are lower)
The lowest list price is $399,950
