Wouldn't it be great if the sales process worked like House Hunters? We show our buyers three nice homes, and they pick one twenty-two minutes later. After writing a reasonable offer, the two sides quickly meet and close the deal. At the end of the day, the Realtor attends a BBQ at the client's new home.
But it's not all unicorns and leprechauns. I do eat BBQ pretty often. That's my comfort food of choice when things get "interesting" in real estate world.
