Renee - Great post about Wisteria Hills in Summerlin.  It looks like almost everyone has their own private pool, which I'm sure is great for those hot NV days.

Looks like a great family neighborhood.  The Gardens Park has got to a huge plus for Buyer's there.  Very well planned from what Google and your prior post had shown.
