The Ultimar Condos are located on beautiful Sand Key, just south of Clearwater Beach,
Florida. There are three buildings (Developed by USX the original developer of Sand Key) directly on the beautiful Sand Key Beaches with the Gulf of Mexico at your doorstep. Just a side note on the area-Sand Key just south of Clearwater Beach, is known for its gorgeous beachfront park and spectacular high rise condos.
