There are 130 units built in 1997, and ranging in size from 950 square feet to 1,345 square feet. Floor plans include 2/2, 2/3, and 3/3 (bedrooms/bathrooms). Amenities at Union Square include swimming pool, spa, and outdoor grills. Many of the units have a view of the San Diego River, and all units have in-unit laundries. As of April 6, 2010, in Union Square, there was one unit for sale and two units in pending status:

There has been only one unit sold in Union Square in 2010, a 2/3 with 1,090 SF which sold for $385,000.
