Lyn - An appealing and inviting front entrance is critical to that great first impression. I'll never forget selling my personal home to a buyer who had been looking for a completely different style. The agent told me that the buyer's words on entering the foyer were, "I'll buy this house."

I have learned like minor details as the front door, the mail box, a healthy looking exterior like for instance like a clean home that you can not spend more than $ 50 to $ 75 for clean the exterior with water pressure are important great things to say COME IN or GO AWAY ! some sellers do not listen and later on they blame realtors because the home take a little bit more in the market, great re-blog !
