Berkley Woods is a small luxury community of 83 single family homes located in HUDSON, Florida 34667. The community is located off of Clayton Blvd and is just a short distance to HCA Regional Medical Center, Hudson Beach, Hudson Library, and is just 40 minutes from Tampa International Air Port, via the Suncoast Parkway 589 Toll Road.
Berkley Woods was established in the late 1980's into the early 1990's. The community belongs to the master association of Beacon Woods East Home Owners Association. Home owners in Berkley Woods enjoy the use of the Beacon Woods East Club House, Pool, Tennis, Shuffle Board, Basket Ball, and Racket Ball. Berkley Woods is also a short distance to The Links Golf and Country Club and Beacon Woods Golf Course, which are both open to the public.
