Ocotillo Lakes in Chandler, Arizona is part of the Ocotillo Master planned community. This subdivision was constructed approximately between 1999-2002 with a mix of single story and two story detached single family homes. The homes have two or three garages.
As the name implies, Ocotillo Lakes has a series of small lakes throughout the community. Boating is allowed on the lake with a boating permit from the Ocotillo Home Owner’s Association. The community has many green grassy areas and views of the lake. Many of the homes are also waterfront properties, and many of them have a small dock and a small boat.
The Ocotillo Lakes community also has a small boat ramp for residents of non waterfront properties to launch their boats too.
Ocotillo Lakes is in an excellent Chandler, Arizona location. It is close to many retailers, including Lowes, Target, Home Depot, and the Chandler Fashion Mall. Grocery stores abound nearby, including Safeway, Albertson’s, Fresh and Easy, Fry’s, and Sprouts. For recreation, it is located “across the street” from Snedigar Park and also close to the Hamilton Aquatic Center, the newly opened Paseo Vista Recreation Area and the Ocotillo Golf Resort.
Ocotillo Lakes neighborhood is located west of Alma School between Ocotillo road and Chandler Heights road in Chandler, Arizona. The community has easy access to the Interstate 10 freeway, Loop 101, and the San Tan 202 Freeway. The Chandler Traditional Academy(CTA) – Independence campus elementary school is also right next to the subdivision. Residents also have access to other schools in the Chandler Unified School District.
The Chandler Blue Heron Park is on the east side of the community. It has an extensive kids play area and a short walk from the community.
