Joan,I have never been to NH, but your photo sure makes me want to visit, Congratulations on being the safest state in America!! Thanks for sharing!
Barbara ~ We will have to "trade places". I have never been to KY and I understand it is a very beautiful state. I'll have to learn more by reading your blog. Thanks for stopping by.
Well you get two things when you move to New Hampshire - probably one of the most beautiful states + safety!
Joan, my wife is from California which is a beautiful state, but she loves the four seasons that we have here in New England.
Now THAT is a ranking any state or community would be proud to brag about!
Renee ~ New Hampshire is a beautiful state and it is a great place to live. I love Las Vegas... my roommate in college was from Las Vegas. You won't believe it, but before I met her, I didn't know people really lived in Las Vegas.
Goerge ~ After living in San Francisco for over 20 years, I wasn't sure how I would like 4 seasons. I must say, I do love the east coast and it beautiful.
Margaret ~ New Hampshire folks are very proud of their state and very independent. Maryland is beautiful too!
Joan, Great post. Aren't we proud.
Hi Joan,
Safest state, that's pretty amazing. Wonderful photos, if I knew of anyone moving to New Hampshire you're the first person I want to refer to!
Joan. Some great statistics to be singing from the rooftops. Beautiful seasonal pictures too.
Ross -- New Hampshire certainly is a great place to live and we certainly are a proud and independent minded state! That's probably what makes us so healthy!
Linda ~ Thanks for the comments and I feel the same about you and the area you cover as well. That is the wonderful thing about Active Rain. I have come to know professionals like yourself that I would love to have my client/referrals work with.
Ellie ~ I have to say I am so excited to see all these wonderful statistics about New Hampshire. It is a state that is great to live in... and it is close to many types of activities as well. It still has a long winter for my tastes, but it has so much to offer that I can simply look forward to spring!
Joan New Hampshire have so much going it. Your photos also makes it oh so inviting.
Great for New Hampshire, Joan! I need to see where CT ranks. I don't know about moving that far north...I think that's one of the reasons why I turned down my acceptance to Dartmouth 18 years ago. Goodness, has it been that long?
Hi Joan...Of course you should be proud of New Hampshire even if they were not voted as the safest state to live in. It is your home and it's a great New England state. That's a beautiful part of the country.
Kate
Joan, I love seasons and your photos. We only really have 2 seasons in Redding. Winter and Summer. We get about 2 weeks of Fall and Spring and that's it. Those are my favorite times of year. Well we are surrounded by beauty and three mountain ranges. A day trip takes us to cooler weather and enjoyable climates. Great post!
Beautiful pics, makes me want to come visit! NH is one state I have not visited, but your post makes it seem quite nice, and I love snow, so I could come anytime!
Such beauty. I don't think I have been to New Hampshire since I was old enough to remember, but then again....lol
Move over and make room for me! What a great post for buyers looking to relocate. New Hampshire sounds like a dream come true.
Thanks everyone for stopping by to comment. I had a problem trying to respond to each of you during the AR transition period. It is nice to see your faces... Hope you are all having a great spring.
I missed this back in April when you wrote it...just found it and I'm sure glad I did. This is great statistics for my monthly newsletter. Thanks!
