* The median price of homes sold went down to $180,000 in March vs. $196,250 in Feb.

* The median price of homes for sale was also lower at $214,900 in March compared to $224,150 in Feb.

* More homes sold in March, 49 homes sold vs. 24 in Feb.

The current tax credit runs out on April 30th!
