* The median price of homes sold went down to $100,000 in March from $105,000 in Feb.

* The median price of homes for sale was also lower at $129,900 in March compared to $130,500 in Feb.

* 5 homes sold in March vs. 3 sold in Feb.

* There were 35 homes for sale in March vs. 37 for sale in Feb.

* There are 4.7 months of inventory currently for sale.

The current tax credit runs out on April 30th!
